2 Bathrooms Come stay and experience the ultimate waterfront getaway in the Compass Room with the highly desired Sunsets & Sailboats Suite. You have water views through the suite along with direct river access and the beach right across the street. Included with your stay, you have full access to the water sports equipment (SUP, kayaks, surfboards, etc.). Each unit is tastefully decorated living space, large smart TV in the bedroom, fully equipped modern kitchen and updated bathroom in each suite.
Compass Suite offers a Gourmet Kitchen, open dining area that seats 6, open living room with 55" Smart TV and a separate large social circle seating area just as you enter Compass. Amazing water views throughout the unit. The Compass Suite is connected to the common area laundry room and two other units.
Sunsets & Sailboats - considered our Honeymoon Suite and is connected to Compass. This one bedroom suite provides amazing water views, king size bed, 55" Smart TV, kitchenette, The bathroom has been modernized and offers a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and an over-sized soaker tub, 32" smart TV and double vanities.

The Palms - Studio lock-off option with water view consisting of a a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchenette and beautiful tile shower. Accessible from the parking lot and also through the main Compass room which if rented separately will be locked off and not accessible

2. Check-In: We'll make the check-in process as seamless as possible, allowing you to access the property independently. Detailed instructions will be provided at noon on the day of check-in. If you have any trouble, please shoot us a message and if you don't receive a reply within 5 minutes, please call.
3. Privacy: While we value your comfort and are always happy to help, we understand the importance of respecting your privacy. You can enjoy your stay with the confidence that we will not disrupt your space. If you need anything, we are just a message or a call away.
4. Assistance: Should you require any assistance or recommendations during your stay, whether related to the accommodation, local attractions, or dining options, we're more than willing to provide guidance.
5. Emergencies: In case of any emergencies or urgent situations, rest assured that we will be available to assist you promptly. There is not an on-site staff member so please allow us time to arrive to address your emergency. If your emergency is life threatening, please call 911.

At this time, we do not offer any beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, or sunscreen so don't forget to pack yours!
Boat ramp launch is located less than 5 minutes North of the resort. We have extra parking if you plan to bring your boat and do a little fishing! If you are out-of-state, please keep in mind if you would like to fish, you will need to obtain your temp fishing license through GoOutdoorFlorida website or at the local Walmart before you make that cast to avoid any fines that maybe implemented if caught fishing without a license.
